We have an exciting new vacancy for an enthusiastic and creative full time **Marketing Coordinator, **based in Bristol, UK for two set days per week, with the opportunity to work hybrid-remotely for the remaining three days per week.

**About the role**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collaboration with the Sales team to revamp the PADI eShop and grow online B2B sales.
- Owning the strategy, scheduling and reporting of the PADI EMEA Pro Facebook pages to grow the community and improve engagement.
- Delivering the marketing schedule to promote PADI EMEA’s annual membership programs and campaigns.
- Supporting with the processing and reporting of all marketing translations in PADI EMEA’s core consumer and membership languages.
- Sourcing content and contributing to writing articles for publications and blogs.
- Producing and communicating member marketing resources, and providing ‘Marketing Lite’ consultations to support PADI dive centres.
- Taking a proactive role in building the consumer destination marketing plan for one priority region.
- Collaborating in the review and revamp of the PADI Marketing Hub; providing assistance across PADI Marketing project management tools and building reports to track KPI’s across member and diver campaigns and programs.
- Assisting with dive show and event communications and providing support to colleagues at select industry events and brand content shoots.
- Working with colleagues to plan, process and deliver ocean friendly PADI branded merchandise to use in dive centres and at events.
- Supporting with the Public Relations strategy for UKI, Spain and DACH.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver co-marketing agreements with new and existing strategic B2B and B2C partnerships.
- Providing administrative support for team meetings and semi-annual Regional Managers Conferences.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**

**Applicants will ideally have**:

- Completed a relevant marketing/communications degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role
- Experience using Canva, Wrike, WordPress, Drupal, MuckRack, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Google Business, Microsoft Teams, Tableau, SalesForce
- PADI certification (preferred but not essential)

**Your competencies will include**:

- Strong business acumen and ability to adhere to budgetary requirements.
- Fluency in English (essential) with fluency in another core EMEA language (Arabic, French, Italian, German or Spanish (desirable)
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and project development skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written, online and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to write technical and promotional copy, including online.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent presentation delivery skills.
- Strong customer service skills and focus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
