Location (Hybrid/Remote/Office based)

**Location**: Main offices are located in Bristol, Harwell, London, and Manchester, with occasional travel required.

Care Managers Ltd, on behalf of our esteemed client, is excited to announce an opening for a Course Administrator (Digital Marketing Coordinator) within the Student Services / Advertising Services department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of commercial campaigns targeting student and graduate audiences while also maintaining and enhancing our course database.

**Qualifications**:
Good IT literacy, understanding of digital marketing platforms and techniques.

A qualification in Digital Marketing or relevant experience is preferred.

Tasks

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate campaign delivery services for sales teams and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor and manage digital campaigns, focusing on cost-efficiency and ROI.

Support in managing client relationships and communications, addressing internal stakeholder queries effectively.

Maintain course database and handle member relationships, queries, and requests.

Proficiency in time management, professional communication, and MS Excel.

Experience in managing small projects, digital marketing, and familiarity with design software is advantageous.
