Rhinox Group manufacture and supplies high-quality excavator buckets and attachments in the UK, Europe and USA.

Following rapid growth, over the past several years we are looking for an experienced operations coordinator to join our team to oversee the day-to-day running of our Production and Warehouse teams.

Expected activities include:
**Carrier Management**
- Liasing with carriers regarding collections, expected volumes, peak volumes
- Organising dedicated truck loads
- Organising shipments to Europe
- Submitting and following up carrier claims for lost goods
- Monitoring carrier performance through the creation of dashboards and KPI's
- Working alongside Supply Chain Department regarding transport commercials and tendering process

**Team Coordination**
- Coordinating day-to-day activities of Production, sub-assembly and warehouse teams
- Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
- Identifies ways to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency.
- Ensuring stock is put away within the correct location throughout all areas of the business
- Ensure stock levels are accurate and reporting on exceptions
- Staff management - hours / holidays / absence

**NCR Coordination**
- Coordinate all NCR's/Returns from Start to finish including:

- Logging of all returns from customers/internal departments on dedicated IT software
- Ensuring all NCR's/Returns are located in the dedicated racking location, clearly marked and identifiable
- Coordinating with Engineering regarding inspection and outcome
- Liaising with the Supply Chain Department reference credit notes required from suppliers
- Ensuring all NCR's/Returns are returned to suppliers/put back into stock/scrapped in a timely manner
- Ensure the IT system is up to date and accurate for each NCR's/Returns
- Reporting through KPI's the amount and impact of NCR's/Returns

**Health & Safety**
- Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as health and safety regulations and any industry-specific best practice guidelines day to day

**Production**
- Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible
- Liaising with Production Control to ensure daily targets are met

**Upholding standards**
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and safe
- Ensuring equipment is checked and maintained regularly
- Presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders

**Personnel Skills**
- Computer literate to a high standard (excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including OneNote, Excel & Teams)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task effectively
- A methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills that will help them to make changes across the organisation when required
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines
- Demonstrates strong project management and productivity skills.
