We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Salus Occupational Health team.

The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the coordination of training. The main duties will include arranging clinic appointments, managing diaries, answering telephone enquiries, updating internal Database alongside other general office duties.

The successful applicant should have an RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent OR secretarial experience in an equivalent position. They should have proficient IT skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages. In addition, excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative are essential as well as excellent oral and communication skills, time management skills and an ability to work under pressure.
