The role will be based in our Warehouse in Sheffield and is **NOT** remote.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders (purchase orders, web orders).
- Process returns, issue refunds/exchanges.
- Assisting the warehouse team on despatch and goods-in.
- Manage Amazon and eBay (clearance products and customer enquires).

Assist Purchasing with raising orders
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Manage, report and update data on our systems.
- Arrange shipping for international customer orders.
- Maintain a sky-high level of customer service.
- Assisting the warehouse team managing stock and keeping levels up to date.
- Own the Customer Service journey.
- Frequently review our procedures and see if there are ways to improve.

**Requirements**:

- Strong drive to push a small business forward
- Customer Service experience
- Warehouse Operations experience
- Highly organised
- High attention to detail
- Ability to identify issues in working practices and suggest improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Confident communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
