Administrative and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, managing school admissions, and coordinating meetings and events.
Some of your key responsibilities will include drafting and distributing internal and external communications, monitoring school email, and responding to enquiries promptly. You will also be responsible for compiling and organizing data for reports, monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing school lunches, and adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will provide effective reception support, greeting visitors, and communicating with courtesy and clarity to all stakeholders. You will also manage general telephone and in-person enquiries with professionalism, directing these to the appropriate staff members.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in administration and develop your skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and other colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
The estimated salary for this position is around £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience.
Please note that this is an apprenticeship opportunity, and you will be working towards a Level 3 qualification in Administration. You may also be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills if necessary.
