Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator provides all-round administrative support to the wider operations team. Working alongside the PMO (Project Management Office) and the Technical Services Teams, the Operations Administrator will support the efficient and smooth delivery of projects to their clients. They will provide general business administration to ensure the professional operation of the business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- **Purchasing**: Daily processing of project purchase orders, and ratification of invoices
- **Administration of Resource**: Engineer timesheet verification, hotel and travel bookings, coordination of the on-boarding of new Sub-Contractors.
- **Fleet and Plant Control**: Ensuring company assets are in good working order, inspected regularly, serviced and available for use when required. Organising for the timely hire/off hire of rented equipment and allocation of fleet and equipment to our colleagues.
- **Sales Order Processing**: Creation of new project files, allocation of purchase orders to specified projects
- **Project Documentation**: completions of project documentation throughout the project life cycle.
- **Training and Certifications**: Administer the company training program, ensuring all mandatory training is up to date and arrange re-training in a timely manner. Ensure the accuracy and validity of all other employee certifications and arrange re-certifications when needed.
- **Compliance**:Maintain company conformity to all Health & Safety and Quality standards held.
- **Processing Warehouse activities**: Liaising with the warehouse operative to ensure that stock receipts and dispatches are processed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure accurate billing and stock control
- Deliver prompt responses to client and stakeholder queries, both written and by telephone
- Identify efficiencies in processes and minimise risk by ensuring records are accurate and updated in a timely manner
- Carry out duties in accordance with the agreed operational procedures and in line with any training given

**Training and Qualifications**
- Essential - 2 years administrative experience within a busy, dynamic environment
- Essential - Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C grade (or equivalent)
- Desirable - Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD
- Desirable - Experience of working in a project environment would be advantageous
- Desirable - Full UK Driving License
