2 exciting posts have arisen within the Maternity Team, as a Community Midwife Administrator. You will be part of the Maternity administrative team, providing a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department, manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Both roles will be based at Queen Charlotte Hospital.

The community administration opening hours will be 08:00-17:30 Monday to Sunday. This role will be on a variable shift pattern to ensure the service is covered.

Due to the popularity of some positions, we reserve the right to close the vacancy early on receipt of sufficient applicants.

Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.

Support midwifery education team by organising meetings, taking accurate minutes, distributing relevant documents to meeting attendees and following up on relevant action points

The post holder will be expected to work for the St. Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Community Midwifery teams.
