**Sales Support**: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document management.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information about our solar products and services, and assist with order-related questions.

**Quotation Preparation**: Assist in preparing accurate and timely quotations for potential customers based on their specific requirements.

**Order Processing**: Handle the complete order processing cycle, ensuring all orders are accurately entered into the system and monitored until delivery is complete.

**Documentation**: Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records.

**Sales Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up on sales leads and opportunities.

**Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory levels and assist in coordinating product deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

**Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to assist the sales team in tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

**Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE or equivalent in English and maths; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry or renewable energy is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
