Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Brock Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including controlling correspondence, scanning files, and designing filing systems.
- Approve staff timesheets and ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Manage staff and resident files, including conducting checks and references.
- Support the centralised sales, purchase ledger, finance, and payroll input systems.
- Process invoices, enter them into a ledger, and prepare banking for residents' fees.
- Carry out monthly cheque, banking, and cash book analysis.
- Develop and maintain good filing systems and assist with producing reports and statistics.
- Liaise with relatives and keep accurate records.
- Be professional, welcoming, and friendly to visitors and residents, and deal with all kinds of enquiries.
- Be capable of using Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft apps.
- Support the Managers with administrative duties and help with clerical fillings and work with deadlines.
- Able to plan and prioritise workload.
- Professional in the presentation of self within the workplace.
- Understanding of and committed to equality of opportunity.

- Experienced with HR administration, payroll, and bookkeeping.
- Experienced in administration work in a healthcare setting.
£12.00 per hour, 16-20 hours available, depending on needs of candidate, office hours, days, and times to be agreed with client and candidate.
