**The Company**

The company has their offices at Silverlink Cobalt Business Exchange.

The company uses Microsoft Dynamics as its primary ERP system.

Th company is presently located in Silverlink North Tyneside but may move in the foreseeable future so someone with access to their own transport may be required.

**The Role**

The role is part time and hours can be agreed to suit. 16 -20 hours per week.

Reporting to the Part time Accountant.

Managing Accounts Payable. Posting invoices, matching to goods received for stock invoices reconciling statements and preparing payments.

Managing Accounts Receivable. There are limited very large transactions.

Managing Bank Accounts. Posting payments and receipts and ensuring the bank accounts are reconciled at all times.

Managing petty cash and expenses.

General Ledger. Capable of reconciling ledger accounts, preparing and posting journals etc.

Payroll. Experience is not essential and although desirable may not fall as part of the job role.

Ad hoc reporting.

**The Person**

The ideal person will be self-motivated and able to work without supervision but equally able to ask for assistance when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
