We are seeking a collaborative & growth-oriented Head of Project Sales Specifications to drive our business growth by spearheading sales relationships, securing project specifications, and ensuring the integration of acoustical solutions into major architectural projects, while implementing our unique process of Envision Together, Experience Excellence and Deliver Quickly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to integrate acoustical solutions into their projects.
- Manage key client relationships and strategic partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural acoustic sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £74,127.00-£80,776.00 per year
