**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all works are delivered; Planned Maintenance Program, Reactive & Small Works volumes of the contract meet specifications and SLAs and provide technical and operational support to direct reports
- Overall Statutory & Non Statutory Responsibility for the contract
- Prime responsibility for H&S for all contract site teams - enhance behaving safely engagement maintaining a safe site culture
- Promote the completion quality and H&S checks to ensure works are being completed in line with the program, specification and CPP
- Work closely with the Account Director, to assist with the development and improve technical knowledge and impart personal site/engineering knowledge of the Clients property portfolio
- Provide technical support to business development functions as and when required
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, relevant stakeholders, staff, and external bodies to aid business development and retention
- Provide client reporting to support Monthly, QBR and Contract Annual Review Meetings
- Responsible for P&L performance and meeting financial budget
- Manage WIP, PPM Accruals and Debt
- Manage all contract costs and implement contract improvement plans
- Contribute to internal Contract Review Meetings - prepare contract performance report (Monthly, QBR & Annually)
- Develop Account plan - meeting strategic objectives and growth
- Own client relationship and manage contract retention plan
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Implement Client Satisfaction Program - meet program expectations achieving client endorsement

**About You**:

- Hold a relevant H&S qualification for the position (IOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
- Good IT skills, including advanced Excel.
