**ROLE DETAILS**:
An opportunity has arisen to work for a very successful and prestigious brand based in **Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire**. The position is for a **HR Administrator **which will involve providing administrative and secretarial support to the HR team and Line Managers.

**The Role**
- To work closely with the HR Director and other Line Managers to provide full administrative and secretarial support.
- Assisting the HR team in all aspects such as preparing documents and general administrative duties
- Assisting in any marketing activities
- To develop an understanding of the companies database system - in order to provide basic maintenance
- Maintain training records for the site - utilising the manufacturer systems

**Who we are looking for**
- Previous experience within a dealership environment is preferred and would be an advantage although not essential
- Experience working as a HR Assistant or Administrator would be ideal but not essential
- You must possess excellent administrative skills

**What’s on offer?**

The basic salary will be £23,000. The hours will be Monday - Friday (10am - 4pm).
