HR Recruitment Administrator
**Location**:Welwyn Garden City
**Hours**: Full time or part time hours Ideally 20-25 Hours per week

An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Recruitment Administrator to join a well-established, family run children’s nursery.
**About Playschool Nursery**
Playschool Nursery is an independent nursery serving the local communities in Harpenden, St. Albans and Welwyn Garden City.

**About the Role**
This could be your perfect role if you are
- Have an outgoing personality - you will be in the heart of the organisation liaising with agencies, potential applicants and nursery management and therefore excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.
- A true team player - you are an active participant and will exhibit commitment to the team in working co-operatively, providing support, and solving problems.
- Have the ability to adapt to changing workloads - you have a positive, can-do attitude to carrying out various adhoc duties.
**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
Skills and Knowledge:
- IT literate and competent in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
**Experience**:
- A proven track record working in a HR/Recruitment environment (Essential)
- Previous Nursery/Education experience (Desirable)
Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade A*-C or equivalent (Essential)
