Working for this financial services organisation in Bristol City centre you will provide EA support to Non-Executive UK Board Members and the CEO. Working closely with Business Manager, this role will be providing a wide range of support including full diary management for the CEO, travel bookings, expense management and HR systems support for the CEO and UK Board, as well as organising Board Strategy visits, Group visits to the UK and SMT away days.

**Desired experience**:
You should have good interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels. You will have the ability to manage priorities and keep an overview of diverse tasks whilst paying close attention to detail. You should have experience of minuting meetings and in undertaking independent research activity and the ability to solve problems. Experience of project administration would be an advantage. There are strict deadlines in this role so being able to deal positively with pressure and being well organised are essential. You should be able to work on your own initiative and be able to deal with sensitive information and a high level of confidentiality. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Board**
- Support Co-Sec team to implement UK Corporate schedule, including Board meetings and subcommittee meetings
- Organise logistics for Board strategy day visits
- Support Co-sec team with onboarding and induction of new Board Directors
- Provide travel and accommodation booking, expense administration and meeting scheduling support to all Board members
- Support Deputy Co-Sec in maintaining HR records for Board
- Conduct research on behalf of the Board or Corporate Secretary as required
- Ad hoc admin requests for Board and Co-sec team.

**Support to CEO**- Provide complex diary management for CEO, including scheduling all internal & external meetings
- Organise venue booking and logistics for away days for Senior Management Team
- Maintaining HR systems for CEO’s direct reports (holiday / sickness / uploading & maintain appraisal documents)
- Process expenses and credit card for CEO
- Provide travel management for CEO including flights, accommodation, parking, transfers etc.
- Arrange travel arrangements and itineraries for visiting Group co-workers i.e. EB Visit (dinner bookings, organising lunches, scheduling meetings, transfers)
- Schedule co-worker Inductions between CEO and all new co-workers
- Prepare meeting rooms and organise catering when required
- Ad hoc admin requests for CEO or Business Manager

This is a hybrid role where you will need to be in the office 2 days a week the remainder working from home.

Salary £37,500

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
