A key client of ours are seeking an Office Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. For this particular role, they are seeking someone has excellent attention to detail, organised and keen to work within the built environment. You will gain experience working across new build housing and refurbishment schemes, in the North East.
The role:
- Provide assistance and administration to the Contracts Managers and admin team.
- Work closely with the Office Manager and admin team.
- Liaising with all staff, clients and consultants
- Logging quotes and jobs onto the system.
- Answering the phone.
- Inputting data on the CRM system.
- General administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Ideally if you have experience working within the built environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Ambitious and driven individual

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
