Ideally from a similar background in the hospitality or travel industry, the right person should be of a friendly, outgoing disposition, possess excellent time management, organisation and communication skills. You'll ideally have previous meeting and events experience in a similar environment. You will also have the ability to work well under pressure with a can-do attitude in order to meet deadlines and targets.

To give you an idea of what you will be doing main duties will include:

- Being responsible for the organisation and quality of the room sales service by maximising the occupancy rate and the average rate per room
- Collaborating closely with the Revenue Manager to pursue the highest profitability for the hotels
- Being responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with Cedar Court standards and legal requirements
- Establishing excellent relations with all customers, playing an active role in ensuring customers loyalty
- Checking invoicing of 'no-shows' and cancellations
