**Hours**: 3 days per week (5 hours per day). Consideration will be given to other working patterns.

**Salary**: £8,625 per annum (FTE: £23,000 per annum)

This is an exciting time to join our Hotel team, as we work towards our five-year vision of being a world-leading hospitality destination.

Your role as HR and Hotel Administrator will be to effectively manage monthly payroll administration and to support HR and the Hotel with other administrative duties, including minute taking, diary management and training and recruitment administration.

**Key activities include**:

- Management of payroll administration, in liaison with the Head of People, Finance team and payroll bureau. Duties will include checking the HR system to ensure sickness details etc., have been correctly entered by managers, liaising with managers on rota submissions and any identified input errors, compiling Earnings and Deductions upload spreadsheets in line with the payroll cut-off dates and dealing with any payroll queries from staff or managers.
- Supporting in scheduling, organising, and preparing meetings and training, primarily for the HR team, but supporting other teams where necessary.
- Supporting the HR Team with any employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Supporting in organising recruitment interviews and in-house recruitment days.
- Managing the badge and locker provision process for new starters.
- Diary management for the CEO.
- Carrying out scanning and filing activities, primarily for the HR Team.
- Carrying out daily administrative activities, primarily for the Executive Team.
- Providing note taking support at Board Meetings and any other meetings, as and when required.

You should have previous experience of payroll administration, ideally using Fourth Hospitality HR and Payroll system, previous admin experience, including taking accurate and succinct meeting minutes as well as diary management, excellent attention to detail and excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
