Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general clerical duties
- Manage and organize documents, including transcribing and proofreading
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain the executive team's Outlook Calendar
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
