The Change Management & Communications Specialist will play a key role in delivering change programme objectives and ensuring that changes are adopted, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and ways of working, and that all stakeholders are engaged and excited about the future. The role anticipates reactions to change and works alongside the Project team, People team and those impacted by change to minimise resistant behaviours. Focusing on the people side of change, the role will involve preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Communications will play a significant part in this role, driving communications around our change plans globally.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to fully understand barriers and work with them to mitigate and overcome these effectively, understanding where different approaches may be required.
- Facilitating change planning sessions and all related activities and/ or providing resources and toolkits to enable other stakeholders or project team members to do the same.
- Creating actionable deliverables for each element of the project plan including communications, people and training plans, and integrating change management activities into the project plan.
- Providing input, document requirements and supporting Operational Training teams, the central L&D Team and local business training support as required to design and deliver scalable and future proof training interventions.
- Defining and measuring success metrics to allow for monitoring and reporting on the progress of change initiatives and making adjustments to the strategy as needed.
- Engaging key stakeholders in producing communications and developing content and campaigns using a variety of approaches and media to suit different audiences and messages. Ensuring there is regular and consistent flow of information to and from the business to build engagement and keep people up to date on progress.
- Empowering your colleagues' views on change and amplifying their voice through the appropriate channels.
- Measuring the impact of the change communications and engagement, collecting and responding to feedback and adapting plans as needed.
- Supporting a collaborative culture and being an advocate for the Biocair brand, purpose, values and vision.
**In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies**:
- Proven experience in managing large scale transformational change projects, end to end.
- The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholders across multiple locations, ideally with experience working within a global organisation, across a number of different cultures.
- Proven ability in creating and delivering content for a range of channels in a range of media, ideally with a digital slant to them.
- Strong facilitation skills and demonstrable experience leading workshops with a variety of stakeholders.
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Agility; able to work in ambiguous situations whilst influencing others and moving towards a common vision or goal.
- A team player, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization by working collaboratively with and through others.
- Able to work at pace, balancing multiple priorities, whilst using your own initiative to manage the workload and exercising good judgement on when to escalate issues.
- Capable of balancing best practice along with commercial needs when decision making and advising.

**Please note this is a full time role working in a hybrid capacity from our Cambridge office located in Sawston (CB22 3EG). Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 with some flexibility being required to make US calls on occasion.**
