**Managing Director/ Operations Director (Fire and Security) - East Midlands**

If you have NACOSS/ NSI/ SSAIB Business Leadership experience and have grown a business past £10m+ by mentoring managers and operations, do say

**Requirements - Previous experience of growing a larger Electronic Security company**
- Led and ideally grown a £10m+ NSI, NACOSS or SSAIB company
- Grown before Security company knowledge (Intruder, CCTV, Access)
- Drive and inventiveness too maintain margins and grow through delivery, as sales are fine... can now deliver and grow on promises
- Managed existing Directors or Senior Functional Managers
- You are based in East Midlands, South Yorkshire, North Leicester
- To lead Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Manager
- Grow Installation and Service operations ability to deliver
- Improve Procedures and processes to deliver customer excellence
- Recruit, Train and develop managers and staff
- Focus on Service Management and delivery of Operations
- Lead and manage a Fire & Security installer to grow

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
