Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Head to join our Large dealer group in Chesterfield. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role

The Vehicles Service Lead will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the daily activities of the service department
  • Coordinating tasks and workflows to optimize efficiency
  • Providing guidance and training to junior staff members
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in motor trade or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications


What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £40,000 basic DOE, with an OTE of 55k. You will also receive a range of benefits, including full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 40 hours) with additional hours as required on Saturdays.
