The Human Resources (HR) Department at RGSW provides an effective and efficient support function to all staff, including the provision of guidance and support on key employment issues such as; recruitment and selection, employee relations, training, employee benefits and absence management.
This would be an excellent entry level for those looking to start out their career in HR, or for someone who feels they bring the right level of skills and experience and would enjoy working in HR. We are a small and friendly team that aims to be collaborative and constantly seeking to improve processes and expertise, to the benefit of our staff and in support of the employment experience at RGSW.
