As part of our Administration and Reception team you will be contributing to a positive and people centred atmosphere. Undertaking a wide variety of administration functions, being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike.

**Who are we looking for?***
- A strong customer focus, with ability to identify customer need and instantly build repour.
- Experience of high levels of administration; managing administrative tasks with systems, excel, word and call handling.
- Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Being professional and have a friendly/approachable manner with all levels of the workforce and customers
- Experience of working together with a team in problem solving, showing respect for people's opinions and views that has led to productive and positive outcomes.
- Ability to demonstrate mirus values in practice.
- Effective Communication - speaks clearly, fluently and ability to adapt communication to the needs of those they're communicating with.

**What is the role?**

Sitting within our central service function you will be providing administrative support to the organisation and be the first point of contact; supporting with business calls and reception duties. Liaising with customers and colleagues to find resolutions. You will be expected to travel to our other offices on an ad-hoc basis.

To provide professional and proactive customer service by:

- Setting the tone through your general demeanour and can-do attitude
- Ensuring the office environment is welcoming, safe and organised; making it feel a great place to work
- Playing a vitally important role in the smooth running of the organisation, by providing administrative support.
- helping everyone in the organisation to be as efficient as they can be delivering high quality and accurate administration
