Parts Adviser

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Parts team on a permanent basis. The position will be based mostly at our Stoford depot (near Salisbury).

**Job Overview**:
The Parts Adviser’s role key function is to sell parts both over retail front counter and to the trade workshop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling parts and sundries to customers
- Supplying parts and sundries to internal customers (workshop)
- ‘Front of house’ duties - Greeting/directing customers and visitors
- Telephone answering / call directing
- Raising and chasing parts and sundries orders
- Informing customers of order progress
- Unloading deliveries
- Stock checks and audits as requested
- Retail and stores housekeeping
- Goods receipt, price checking, reordering and stocking
- Maintaining stock levels

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT skills
- Motivated and able to organise own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Agricultural machinery knowledge
- Previous experience in parts department (not essential)

**We offer**:

- Salary: £12 to £14 per hour, dependent on experience.
