We are recruiting for an experienced Motor Insurance Credit Hire specialist with a minimum of 2 years credit hire claims handling experience, to include GTA and non-GTA, is essential with experience of taking referrals and providing advice to others.
- Full understanding of the credit hire principles of need, rate, period, mitigation, impecuniosity and enforceability. You will have regularly argued these points through both the pre & post-litigation process.
- Thorough knowledge of credit hire case law and latest developments in the market.
- Good judgement, technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills.
- Able to prioritise, ensure deadlines are met through effective time management and make good decisions under pressure.
- Resilient and able to work in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

This role offers hybrid working after the probationary period.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
