**Tender Specialist**

As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating tender submissions, and liaising with key stakeholders across the business to understand the tender submission requirements. To be successful in this role you need to be a confident communicator and manage your workload effectively to meet tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively support the sales organisation, acting as the key stakeholder in all aspects of the tender process
- Collate and submit tender information on behalf of Scania Great Britain
- Address the needs of stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Build strong relationships with the Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and Transformation teams.
- Monitor tender portal for new opportunities - including tender opportunities for our customers.
- Manage tender timelines - whilst having an awareness of available resource
