**Customer Service / Sales Administrator**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are offering a starting salary of £24,106 per annum with the view to increase to **£26,106** on successful completion of a 12 week probationary period.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Processing and administering orders, ensuring delivery of goods on time and in full
- Administration of returns and repairs
- Taking responsibility for all administrative tasks to do with the processes of dispatched and returned goods
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining and improving systems and process

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Customer Service experience is essential for this role
- Previous Office / Dispatch administration experience is essential, as is the ability to multi task
- An understanding of Linnworks would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,106.00 per year
