We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Northumbria Healthcare Manufacturing and Innovation Hub as a full-time administrator.
Provide administrative services to the management and their team.
Support managing diaries, arrange/minute meetings, communication with têxtile providers and PPE customers.
Good IT skills with the use of Microsoft Office and databases.
Support resource management - ordering of supplies & equipment.

The successful applicant will be an employee of the subsidiary organisation and not Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Support recording of purchase orders, receipts, delivery notices are accurately accounted for and recorded using relevant database/financial software.
To support meeting and greeting PPE providers and customers as and when required.
