Compliance Administrator - Full-Time, Permanent

Hours of work - 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain compliance database.
- Monitor group mailbox and respond to queries.
- Liaise with property managers / external companies for various reports.
- Monitor compliance database and chase reports as necessary.
- General administrative duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters as required.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.

- Detailed-orientated with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Good time management.
- Capable of working unsupervised and on own initiative.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.

**Preferred Skills**
- Ability to adapt to changes in regulations nd proactively address compliance issues.
