**The role**:
Are you an experienced Team Leader?
You will be leading the service support team. Managing their performance against set KPI’s and ensuring 100% customer service to customers and continuously pushing performance and improvements.
- Proven ability of supporting a Service Desk as a Team Leader
- Excellent delegator
- Have calm, leadership qualities to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to deliver information to customers in a clear manner, adjusting language to suit the audience in a written and verbal format.
**What does the role involve**:
- You will be responsible for the development and management of the Service Desk team which consists of around 12 team members.
- Overseeing their individual KPI’s, approving annual leave requests, staff absence and managing the teams shift rotas.
- Hold regular team meetings to keep your team up to date with any changes.
- Ensure all tickets are in line with all KPI’s - response, fixed queries, customer service, call answer times etc.
- Efficient handover to night staff teams
- Ensure your team offer accurate ticket management.
- Keeping your team motivated
