Salary: £13.90 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable and can manage various shifts throughout the week. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly schedule.

As a vital part of Tesco Bank, you will be situated in one of our busy Bureaus located within a Tesco retail environment. Each day, thousands of customers will visit, many seeking assistance and guidance on various aspects of foreign exchange. Our goal is not only to be the preferred choice for foreign exchange but also to lead in providing detailed and accurate advice combined with an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing a team of Travel Service Partners to ensure each member delivers the highest level of customer service to every client interacting with Tesco Bank. Coaching and supporting the team to uphold high standards of customer service and empower Travel Service Partners to excel with the best training available. Analyzing customer feedback and service metrics to enhance the performance of Travel Service Partners and implement effective solutions to meet objectives. Engaging with customers to accurately and efficiently handle all foreign exchange transactions. Achieving key performance indicators related to procedures, operations, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing attention to detail to manage daily online FX requests and deliveries. Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements while adhering to Travelex's operational procedures for efficiency.

Interview Process Overview:

Step 1 – Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and contact you if your experience aligns with our needs for an initial screening call. Step 2 – You will be invited to an online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, where we will explore your experience in depth and assess your fit for the role and its core objectives. You will have ample opportunity to ask questions to ensure this position aligns with your career goals. Step 3 – If successful, you will be invited to visit the bureau to meet with the Area Manager in person and gain insight into the working environment. The Area Manager will provide further details about daily responsibilities and address any remaining questions. Step 4 – If successful, we will extend an offer for you to join Travelex as our newest Team Leader. If not, we will still reach out to provide constructive feedback as a gesture of appreciation for your time.
