As a vital member of Tesco Bank, you will be positioned on-site in one of our busy Bureaus located within a Tesco retail environment. Thousands of customers will visit daily, many seeking assistance and guidance on various aspects of foreign exchange. We aim not only to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange but also to set a standard in delivering detailed and precise advice alongside an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring each member is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience to every client who engages with Tesco Bank. Mentoring and developing the team to uphold high standards of customer service and empower Travel Service Partners to excel with the best training available. Analyzing customer feedback, service levels, and the capability of Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that enhance performance and meet objectives. Interacting with customers to accurately and efficiently process all foreign exchange transactions. Achieving key performance targets related to procedures, operations, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing attention to detail to manage daily online FX requests and deliveries. Enforcing best legal practices and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance protocols to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.Required Qualifications:

Step 1 – Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and reach out if your experience aligns with our needs for an initial screening call. Step 2 – You will be invited to an online interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, where we will explore your experience in greater detail and assess your fit for the role and its core objectives. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to ensure this role aligns with your career goals. A small numerical assessment will also be included due to the nature of the role. Step 3 – If successful, you will be invited to visit the bureau to meet with the Area Manager in person and gain insight into the working environment. The Area Manager will provide further details about daily responsibilities and address any remaining questions you may have. Step 4 – If successful, we will extend an offer for you to join Travelex as our newest Team Leader. If not, we will still reach out to provide constructive feedback.
