About the Role

As a Store Manager Nights at Tesco, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets during the night shift. You will be a role model, demonstrating the Tesco values and behaviors, and ensuring that all colleagues are empowered to make decisions and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets during the night shift
• Develop and implement plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement
• Manage and develop a team of colleagues, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
• Collaborate with other store managers and the wider Tesco team to achieve business objectives
• Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently during the night shift
