The relocation package is for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.

A vacancy has arisen for a part time 15 hours per weekBand 3 Community Health Care Assistantwithin the Vaccination and Living Well service. The posts are fixed term for 6 months.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, eager and innovative individual to join our clinical team of nurses, doctors, midwives and health visitors. The post holder must be able to support and assist the clinical team across all areas of the service
- vaccinations, physical health checks and advice as well as supporting treatment to those at highest risk from covid through outpatient IV therapy.

As part of the post the successful applicant will support clinicians in delivering vaccinations and physical health checks across Cheshire and Merseyside in purpose built clinical vehicles.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for this post. We are looking for competent, experienced individuals, who are motivated and committed to delivering quality and evidence based care. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, autonomous, conscientious team members. Access to transport for work purposes is essential.

You will be offered a thorough induction period, including shadowing established team members and regular supervision.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
