Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
