Main Responsibilities:

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in community health care.

Requirements:
- Appropriate related qualification or willingness to complete an apprenticeship in a subject relevant to the Clinical Support Worker role.
- Completion of or working towards an apprenticeship and gaining qualification equivalent to level 3 or above in a subject relevant to the role of Healthcare Assistant.
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality, empathy, and sensitivity in a healthcare setting.
- Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues, wider teams, and service users.
- Supporting others in a care setting, whether in a professional or lived experience.
