About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults aged 18 years and above with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support, ensuring that each individual's preferences and choices are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to adults with mental health conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration and personal care
  • Support individuals with their personal finances, banking, shopping, and auditing
  • Participate in outdoor activities, such as shopping and dining out, and attend appointments with individuals
  • Contribute to a happy and safe environment in our home, respecting each other's privacy, dignity, and space
