Our client, a highly reputable education organisation, based in Leamington Spa is seeking to recruit an Events Administrator to their friendly and fun team.

**The Events Administrator day to day duties are as follows**:

- Providing the right first-time administration support and excellence in delivery for events.
- This includes attending events as required through the summer and liaising with schools, parents, and students.
- Take ownership of assigned events from an administrative and support point of view.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with details on teachers, schools, students, contacts, and companies.
- Ensure students and supervisors have the relevant information they need to attend their event, including joining instructions.
- Prepare administration for assigned events including creating rooming lists, managing dietary requirements of students, and preparing relevant paperwork.
- Liaise with university departmental staff and venue/course organisers on arrangements, i.e. site visits, delegate numbers, room bookings, catering requirements, etc.
- Assist with the recruitment and induction of supervisors to support events and provide ongoing support and supervision during events.

**General**:

- Raise purchase orders, invoices, and daily correspondence as required.
- Assist with the administration for the whole building, including:

- Be the main point of contact for visitors to the building and provide tea/coffee as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks for other programmes and departments during quieter periods.
- Attend departmental meetings and take minutes when required.

**The Successful Events Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Experience of databases, preferably CRM.
- Good command of English language - written and spoken.
- Full UK driving license and own car
- Must be willing to travel to and stay over at events
- Must be willing to attend and support residential events through the summer, these will last up to one week at a time and will be with upto 150 students between the ages of 9-18

**What’s on offer for the successful Events Administrator**
- Hourly rate upto £14 per hour
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Fixed term contract until September 2024
- 35 hour working week
- The chance to attend events with overnight stays
- Travel expenses paid
- Overnight stays in hotels when required
