We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns over the phone. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.40 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 33 per week
