We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for **Receptionist **to join our growing here at Team here at Holman UK. The role will be based in our new Birmingham office, near the **NEC. **This is a **permanent** opportunity, and we are looking to pay up to **£24,000** per annum

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Answer all calls in a timely manner, screening and forwarding, as applicable
- Greet all employees, clients and visitors, ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection policies
- Assist in department projects & general administrative duties that can be performed without impacting call flow
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Assist with taxi and/or train travel arrangements for employees, clients and visitors, where appropriate
- Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail, including arranging couriers, as required
- Arrange refreshments for business meetings, which may include organizing light lunches

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar role, dealing with a high volume of calls
- Administrative experience preferred
- Switchboard experience in a high volume call center or customer service environment preferred

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
