Because of this, they’re seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will need second-line engineering skills to succeed in this role. This is a great opportunity if you are a talented Service Desk Team Leader, looking to join an organisation who are passionate about its people, and understand they are the key to its success.

**Responsibilities**:
- Management of the service desk, including managing ticket queues, onsite support visits, and liaising with 3rd party service providers
- Continuously provide good customer service for all support queries
- Mentor 1st line support team members
- Provide the senior management team with growth and improvement support
**Skills/ Experience**:
- Strong 2nd line support experience, preferably within a managed IT services organisation
- Ambitious, with the drive to make a positive impact
- A passion for customer service
- A keen eye for detail
- Skills covering Microsoft 365, Azure, Network Management, and Cyber Security
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
