This is an exciting time to join the Torus Group as the organisation is undergoing huge transformation that will modernise the way we work and deliver services to our customers.

The Executive Support team supports the Group Leadership Team to ensure that the Group operates efficiently and effectively to deliver its Vision and Corporate Plan.

You will provide a comprehensive and pro-active support assistant service directly to members of the Group Leadership Team (GLT), contributing to creating and maintaining the positive and professional brand and reputation of Torus with internal and external customers.

The post will be based in Liverpool but travel to our other locations across Warrington and St Helens will be required.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Pro-actively manage the GLT busy diary which involves liaising with high profile and senior personnel including internal and external key stakeholders including local and regional housing providers, etc.
- Provide a professional PA service to the GLT, liaising regularly to ensure their Torus diary is planned taking account of other key commitments, working flexibly across the Executive Support team.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent external and internal customer service from the Executive Support Team, including administration and processing of POs and invoices, monthly credit card reconciliation, annual leave and expenses.
- Co-ordinate Executive and Group Leadership team and other internal meetings, events and travel, as directed by the GLT and Executive Assistants, including the booking of venues, managing attendance and key documents.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Possess a relevant professional PA or business qualification or equivalent, relevant experience.
- Demonstrate experience of working in a pro-active Support Assistant role in an Executive Support Team, within a large and complex organisation.
- Have excellent organisational, administrative, office and ICT skills
- Be Committed, passionate and self-motivated to inspire others whilst delivering a highly quality support service.
- Demonstratable experience of working autonomously whilst being part of a team.
