Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Implementation Trainer at HCRG Care Group Providing support, coaching and facilitation to HCRG Care Group Leaders and Colleagues and external clients.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating bespoke leadership training and development interventions for stakeholders.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a part time (30 hours), fixed-term basis (7 months). This is a hybrid working role, between our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire and wherever you work best (with occasional travel as and when required).

We are happy to be flexible with your working pattern, with the option of working 4 or 5 days (starting earlier or finishing late) to suit you best.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

- Designing, delivering, and evaluating bespoke leadership learning and development interventions for stakeholders.
- Provide support, coaching and facilitation to HCRG Care Group leaders and colleagues and external clients**.**:

- Delivery of face to face and virtual classrooms training sessions**.**:

- Implementation of learning programmes, project and learning initiatives.

We are on the lookout for:

- An expert facilitator and deliverer of learning including workshops and leadership training
- Qualified with a Learning & Development qualification such as TAP or CIPD
- Previous experience in leadership/management and the designing of learning interventions
- Someone with high levels of digital competence and confidence and ability to explore new learning technologies as well as advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Packages
