Carpentry Trainer/Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Trainer/Assessor to join our apprenticeships team at an Ofsted rated 'Good' FE college in the West Lancashire area.
This role is a blended position where you will carry out assessments and teach both level 2 and level 3 Carpentry & Joinery apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver theory lectures to Level 2 and 3 apprentices.
• Carry out on-site assessments for Level 2 and 3 apprentices.
• Offer advice, guidance, and mentorship for apprentices.
• Deliver practical skills coaching and training for apprentices.

To Be Successful:
• To hold a Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
• A full Assessors Award.
• A teaching certificate or teaching/training experience.
