**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team. You’ll be designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our staff. If you love teaching, have excellent communication skills, and understand the ins and outs of health and social care, we’d love to hear from you.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the Registered Managers with regards to staff training requirements
- Organise, implement, facilitate and manage the training program for the Company
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions for our health and social care staff
- Arrange and deliver Induction Training and assess the competency of staff completing the Care Certificate to meet the Company’s recruitment needs
- Deliver refresher training to all employees
- Manage and devise a training calendar to meet the demands of the business
- Monitor and maintain internal training matrix, to ensure all training is up to date
- Assess the training needs of our team and develop customised training plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Keep up with the latest industry regulations and best practices
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to our staff
- Keep accurate records of all training activities and results
- Work closely with management to ensure our training aligns with company goals and compliance standards
- Producing reports and meeting KPI’s as and when requested
- Other ad-hoc duties including admin and internal audits.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Train the Trainer Qualifications in Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support and Administering Medication - _**Essential**_
- Previous experience of Training management and delivery of Training in the Health & Social care sector - _**Essential**_
- A1 Assessors award or TAQA -_ **Desirable**_.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships
- Experience in health and social care, especially in training
- Strong knowledge of health and social care standards, laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners
- Strong administration skills, ability to manage multiple workload and prioritising ability with high attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
