We are currently seeking a Children and Young People Specialist to join our team in North West England. This role involves working closely with our client's senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve outcomes for children and young people.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in working with children and young people. They will be committed to delivering high-quality services and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with our client's senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve outcomes for children and young people;
- Providing guidance and support to our client's staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services;
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure that our client's services are meeting the needs of children and young people;
- Developing and implementing new initiatives to improve the quality of our client's services;
- Collaborating with other organisations to share best practices and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in social care, with experience in working with children and young people;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services;
- Knowledge of current policies and legislation relevant to the Children and Young People sector.
Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
