**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced sales recruiter who is excited by identifying, attracting and evaluating the highest level of sales talent. Joining a team of 3 GTM recruiters focused on hiring our highest priority business roles.

**Requirements of the Sales Recruiter role**:

- 2+ years in recruitment, with specific experience hiring enterprise sales roles
- Deep knowledge of the various roles within enterprise sales, including Account Executives, Regional Directors and Sales enablement
- Strong pipeline generation skills, including utilising Linkedin Recruiter, your own network, and referrals to attract top sales talent
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with senior sales leaders

**Responsibilities**:

- Heavy focus on outbound sourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Use our ATS (Ashby) to track, manage and regularly report on pipeline health
