RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with digital influencers, serving as the primary point of contact and providing guidance and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with influencers to understand their audience, content style, and brand affinity, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Identify and evaluate brand partnership opportunities that align with influencers' audience demographics, content niches, and brand values.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches that showcase influencers' unique value proposition and highlight opportunities for collaboration with brands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in influencer marketing, and share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Bring at least 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media, preferably within an agency or talent representation environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, brands, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
